About Us...

We at Windsor have many hundreds - if not thousands - of both graduate teachers and fully experienced certificate teachers - those who usually we know well, and many of whom have, passed through Windsor TEFL courses over some twelve years as the world's largest supplier of Trinity College London Certificate courses.

It is a specialist skill to source teachers for specific given jobs or careers and after 26 years in the industry, and having offered for 8 years a free listing, much sought after, we feel that now is a good time to make the service of the Windsor List more available and more professional.

Additionally many of our graduate teachers, and latterly experienced teachers, have passed through further TEFL and other English courses and qualifications - English for Young Learners for example. For this reason we have kept up strong connections with many Windsor schools graduates who have moved on and up in the industry to both further and/or higher qualifications - Diploma and MA for example - and to wider and richer work experience of all kinds.

The Teachers

Our "Experienced Grade" Teachers EGT - Those with good qualifications, and who we have placed, more than once, satisfactorily, in teaching posts - They may well be seeking, via the Windsor List, more demanding, more sophisticated, or simply new work placements in the UK, Europe, or across the world. These may be directly in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or in other English related teaching areas. "Experienced Grade" Teachers will be well qualified, able to move directly in to teaching work without too much preparation or induction on actual teaching method or type of class. They will be able to lead and guide other less qualified or novice teachers and thus facilitate school objectives and especially smooth the process of Summer School arrangements.

Our "Rising Grade" Teachers RGT are newly or recently qualified teachers who have either passed through a Windsor Teacher Training Course (definately TEFL.Cert. - possibly TEFL Dip.), and come back to us for job opportunities. They will have submitted a fully scrutinised general education and TEFL/TESOL related resume/CV.

"Rising Grade" Teachers will be:

Those who have gained a good grade TEFL cert. And who will be available for work in a range of different locations and job types. Rising teachers will want to gain good experience and add their own personal attributes and life-experience to the positions and posts they move in to.

A "Rising Grade" Teacher will have a balanced outlook on teaching life and be keen to give and get good feedback from the both students and fellow-teachers. They will also be very keen to vary and widen their knowledge of teaching types/locations- seeking out roles that enrich and add to their CV.
